Walking on Edinburgh’s famous Rose Street I noticed recurring side streets along the main road all the way to the end of the street. While Rose Street in the heart of the city center is full of pubs and restaurants, these little streets functioned as access roads to those restaurants, accommodating waste bins, spare chairs, …
These side streets while being indispensable for tourism, are not of interest for the instagramable beauty and perfection seeking tourist. They remain unnoticed for the most part.
